Residence TI is conceived as a compact and modest volume that unfolds into a generous spatial experience, transitioning from an enclosed street frontage to an open garden relationship, while a subtly inclined roof creates varying interior atmospheres within a restrained exterior form. The project seeks to generate a rich architectural perception through a limited number of precise gestures. The compact house and the garden wall are conceived as two distinct yet interdependent elements, defining a sequence of enclosure, openness, and spatial depth.
